Penny is the Co-Director of
Nelly McNally an artist when it comes to styling. Her education includes several advanced Colouring and Cutting classes. “You know you've had a superb haircut when strangers stop you and ask you who your stylist is. That's my goal, for every haircut."
John
John is Co-owner and Director of Nelly McNally Salon. Leading with his business acumen and personality. Opening in Queens road number 22 in 2013, and moving to a much larger shop at number 18, in 2018. John is proud that this amazing bunch have moved mountains in the hair industry by being known year on year as the salon to watch in Essex. The success has all been down to the team, with their ambition to give clients the best experience.
Mandy
Mandy has been styling hair for over 20 years. Her educational background includes several advanced haircutting classes.
Mandy has been with
Nelly McNally since we moved to the new shop in 2018, her wonderful energy and passion for hair is fantastic. Always getting experimental and creative behind the scenes with colour and very on top of trending wearable hair.

Colin
Colin is a much-respected Stylist at Nelly McNally salon.
Colin has worked in the hairdressing world for over 30 years and is a Senior Stylist, and Colour Expert and a perming specialist at Nelly McNally.
He believes passionately that ‘great hair colour can give a haircut a more finished and polished look’, and he loves doing a complete makeover or re-style for a client in the salon.
His easy-going manner and styling talent make him a popular choice.
